Himalayan Cataract Project/Cureblindness, an INGO registered with the SWC and working in eye health care in Nepal for over two decades is looking for a qualified Nepali candidate to apply for following position.
Position: HCP/Cureblindness Regional Manager
Number of requirements: One
Workstation: Kathmandu with frequent visits to community eye centers
Minimum requirement/Qualification needed:
- Masters degree
- 3-4 years of experience working on healthcare projects in Nepal.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Experience in project and financial management.
- INGO experienced preferred.
- Experience in development context preferred.
- Diplomatic and interpersonal skills a must, ability to build positive relationships
- Strong administrative and management skills, including financial management
- Excellent strategic and analytical skills, including ability to synthesize and effectively communicate complex issues.
