Sales Support Specialist – Morning Shifter
Description
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be assisting the Broker, Credit Analyst, and Sales Manager with new client acquisition and improving our response rate for web-based and phone-based inquiries.
Some of the tasks that you’ll be performing are:
1. Qualifying clients
- Qualifying clients at the beginning of the call to understand if HLE is the right fit for prospects’ financial needs.
- Following up on the application form and documents from the customers.
2. Calling
- Handling Outbound and Inbound customer calls
- Calling past leads to generate more business
3. Data Entry
- Updating the system with the information at all stages of the sales process so that all the stakeholders are aware of the changes
- Complete the short application form over the phone with the clients with all the important information related to the loan
Requirements
- English Communication skills: As an SSS, the biggest and most important thing is Confidence while speaking English as you need to be both persuasive and comforting to the client at the same time, while making outbound calls.
- 2E (Empathy & Enthusiasm): We deal with a lot of clients who are going through a lot of problems so you must be empathetic. You need to be enthusiastic in a way that makes the client feel that you are more excited than them about their purchase of the house.
- Multitask management: The SSS has to be a team player and proactive in sharing information, and need to be able to multitask ( talking on the phone, writing notes, and doing calculations at the same time)
- Information Retention: Typing speed should be fast as there is a lot of information that you don’t want to miss out. Writing notes of everything helps as most of the time we tend to forget information.
- Google suite Expert: Good knowledge of google sheets will help you organize your task efficiently.
- Should be able to adapt to the sales team culture as we have a lot of extracurricular activities 🙂
- We always seek someone who can implement feedback instantly.
