Front End Developer

We have a team that is experienced in cutting edge technologies and we encourage continuous learning. In collaboration with our team of tech geniuses, data gurus, creative designers, ex-credit officers, property addicts, and finance experts, the Data team is searching for a Front End Developer.
As a Front End Developer for the Data team, you are expected to collaborate with the design and back end development teams to develop and maintain web application, build dashboards and reusable and interactive graphs, charts.
Some of your major deliverables are:
- Develop and maintain web applications according to business requirements and technical specifications
- Build reusable and interactive graphs or charts using JS library like d3.js
- Ensure secure software and infrastructure by adhering to industry standards and best practice
- Stay up to date with current web application security risks and mitigation strategies, and optimize existing software solutions for improved performance and usability
- Undertake development operational tasks to release software applications, updates and fixes.
Requirements

We are looking for a diligent candidate who is good at managing specialized work efficiently, with confidence and competence. They like to initiate new suggestions and ideas and watch it grow. They are precise, show accountability and ownership, and like delivering high quality work.
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Front-end Developer/ Engineer
Skills (Mandatory proficiency)
- Javascript / ES6+ /HTML5
- Data Visualization library like D3.js
- React OR Angularjs OR Vue
- CSS3, Less/Sass
- Webpack
- Git
Skills (Not Mandatory, only desirable)
- Redux
- NodeJS
- AWS
- Understanding of data visualization techniques and tools
- UX experience
