What is your role like?
As a Lead UI Developer you have the responsibility of forming and managing your ever-so growing team and take lead in UI Development projects. You will be actively involved in improving the company website conducting browser testing, performance tests, and speed optimization. You are also expected to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, get feedback from website users and stakeholders, suggest and build solutions for it.
Some of your major deliverables are:
- Help plan and prioritize UI Development backlog and weekly tasks from multiple departments
- Collaborate with tech and design team regarding their UI Development requirements and CRO efforts to ensure website experience is at the highest standards
- Assist in defining UI Development Roadmap to help communicate team capacity to stakeholders
- Assist to maintain digital assets such as the HLE design systems
Requirements
Eligibility criteria
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years proven experience in using jQuery, HTML/CSS, Javascript, LESS/SASS
- Experience in using WordPress CMS and GIT, Mobile-Website Development, and working with western-based clients
- Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia, Computer Science or related industry experience
- Knowledge in Code Versioning Tool Git, Prototyping, Visual Studio, and Code Performance
- Knowledge/Experience in Analytics, PHP, Conversion Optimization, SEO, Adobe Suite, REACT, JIRA/Confluence (not mandatory but good to have)
- Experience of leading a small team
