We have two offices; one in Australia and another one in Nepal and most importantly we grew to over 400 happy employees and we still intend to grow, pandemic or not! What is your role like?
This role requires you to oversee digital improvement initiatives and engage in digital transformation efforts with greater emphasis on technical SEO. With your experience in enhancing online customer experiences, you will implement marketing technology solutions, and follow inbound marketing practices.
You are expected to have extensive experience in SEO, knowledge in social media management and content management with the ability to expand the customer reach while increasing retention and awareness.
The role expects you to:
- Manage & monitor the work of the digital team to optimize web traffic and qualified leads
- Lead the media team to recommend changes to website architecture, linking, content or other factors to improve SERP for target keywords, execute tests, collect and analyze data to help SEO
- Collaborate with design and development teams while following the best practices to improve website performance – including page load speed and core web vitals.
- Collaborate with the content. and copywriting team to ensure maximum traffic to niche SEO pages and engagement with HLE social content, ads and automation while staying aligned with our brand
- Monitor SEO trends, competitor strategies and best practices to ensure cutting edge strategy, top website rankings and identification of new opportunities
- Plan and execute effective digital advertising campaigns across SEM, Display, Social, Video and Native on channels including Google and Facebook
Requirements
- 3+ years proven experience leading a digital marketing team
- Hands on technical SEO experience with large scale websites including technical audits, mobile and site speed optimization
- Experience using a variety of SEO tools including web crawlers, search engine consoles and testing tools, backlink data sources and SEO platforms
- Solid experience with Google Analytics, Google Console, data manipulation tools (e.g. Google Sheets), tag management tools (e.g. Google Tag Manager)
- Experience with A/B and multivariate

Work Hours: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, non-negotiable. (including 1-hour lunch break)
