What is your role like?

You, as a Employee Engagement Assistant will be responsible for assisting in planning managing, implementing and overseeing the engagement of employees in the organization. Your role entails assisting the Employee engagement Specialist in the periodic activities from onboarding, surveys, event management, reporting and more. This ensures that you maintain a positive work culture where employees are cared for and empowered.

Some of your major deliverables are:

  • Assistance in the project initiated by Engagement Specialist
  • Lead the employment engagement survey, liaise with internal and external parties for events, Team Building Activities, wellbeing programs, Employee Assistance Program, P&C Catch ups
  • Moderate and facilitate the onboardings of new candidates
  • Undertake tasks and projects under employee branding, rewards & recognition program, quarterly engagement budget utilization
  • Maintain the reports and documents for Engagement calendar and relevant data

Requirements

Eligibility Criteria

  • Must have at least 1 year’s experience in general HR
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (HR preferable)
  • Event management experience would be an added advantage
  • Experience of working with any HRIS and G-Suite
