Position: General Manager
Specification Requirement
Min 2 years experience as a General Manager or 4 years as an Operations Manager in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
Should have a Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management.
Should show strong financial & business acumen and leadership skills.
Should have excellent written and communications skills.
Position: Operation Manager
Specification Requirement
Min 6-7 years experience in 4 or 5 star as an Operational Head of Department
Should have a Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management.
Should show strong understanding of Hotel Operations and administrative skills.
Should have excellent written and communications skills.
Position: F and B Manager
Specification Requirement
Min 3-5 years experience as an Assistant Department Head in F&B in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
Should have a Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management.
Should show good understanding of managing large banqueting operations and F&B Outlets. Should be able to provide departmental training.
Should have excellent written and communications skills.
Position: Front Office Manager
Specification Requirement
Min 3-5 years experience as an Assistant Department Head in Front Office in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
Should have a Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management.
Should show good understanding of managing Front Desk, Concierge & Transportations.
Should be able to provide departmental training.
Should have excellent written and communications skills.
Position: Housekeeping Manager
Specification Requirement
Min 3-5 years experience as an Assistant Department Head in Housekeeping in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
Should have a Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management.
Should show good understanding of managing 80 plus room inventory, large Public Areas, Laundry and Horticulture.
Should be able to provide departmental training.
Should have excellent written and communications skills.
Position: Engineering Head or Chief Engineer
Specification Requirement
Min 3-5 years experience as an Assistant Department Head in Hotel Engineering in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
Should have a Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
Should show sound knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical and relevant Repair and Maintenance in hotels.
Should be able to coordinate project work & updated on relevant energy conservation standards.
Should be able to provide departmental training.
Should have excellent written and communications skills.
Position: Front Office In charge (Day/Night Shift)
Specification Requirement
Min 1-2 years experience as a Supervisor in Front Office in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
Should show Guest handling/interaction skills, problem resolution skills and has worked on Property Management Systems.
Should have excellent written and communications skills.
Position: Laundry Supervisor
Specification Requirement
Min 1-2 years experience as a Supervisor in Laundry Operations in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
Should show good understanding on handling laundry chemicals and equipment operations.
Position: Restaurant Supervisor
Specification Requirement
Min 1-2 years experience as a Supervisor in F&B Operations in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
Should show good understanding on handling guest, knowledge of food preparations and different types of service and ability to conduct trainings.
Should have experience in Banquet Operations and F&B Outlets.
Should have Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management.
Position: Restaurant Hostess
Specification Requirement
Min 1-2 years experience as a Waiter/Hostess in F&B Operations in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
Displays interests in guest interaction and has a welcoming and pleasing personality.
Should have experience in restaurant reservation system.
Should have Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management.
Position: Finance Controller
Specification Requirement
CA/ ACCA/ MBA- finance with min 3-5 years of experience as Finance Controller.
Should have good knowledge of financial policy and Internal Control System familiar with Hotel Software ( IDS will be preferred).
Position: Finance Executive
Specification Requirement
Should have a Bachelor degree with min 3-5 years experience as an Account/Finance Executive in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
Hotel’s legal counsel, insurance companies, tax consultants, auditors, commercial and government banks.
Accounting for and controlling the cost of food, beverages and general supplies.
Position: IT Executive
Specification Requirement
BIM/IT/BBA with min 3-5 years of experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
Familiar with Hotel software (IDS will be preferred).
Providing technical support across the company.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Position: Store Keeper/ Procurement Assistant
Specification Requirement
Min 1-2 years experience as a Store Supervisor in 4 or 5 star Hotel. Should have knowledge of Inventory Management.
Should have experience in store managements like LIFO/,FIFO, Bincard Management and willingness to use Property Management Systems.
Position: Admin Assistant
Specification Requirement
Min 1-2 years of relevant experience as an admin assistant. Should have knowledge of Administration and Management and willingness to use Property Management System includes fixed assets management, coding, handling office tasks, generating reports and presentations and recordings supplies.
Job Location: Kohalpur; Preference will be given to local candidates.
