HURAC has hereby invites application from interested and qualified candidates for the following full-time position for the Stromme Foundation funded programme- Socio-economic Empowerment with Dignity and Sustainability (SEEDS) working in Lungri Rural Municipality of Rolpa district. SEEDS programme aims that by end of 2023, 1200 Households marginalized community people enjoyed dignified life.
Position: Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer

Job Description:
• Programme monitoring and evaluation
• Co-ordination with the field staffs, local level stakeholders and community SHGs and CBOs
• Reporting and updating the collected feedback to the Program Coordinator
• Preparation of quality benchmark of the program
• Prepare and update the M&E plan
• Assist Program Coordinator in stakeholder meetings, staff meetings and review meetings
• Conduct monthly quality monitoring against quality benchmark, share monitoring reports in line with pre-set quality benchmark findings and prepare action plan jointly with program team
• Conduct follow-up monitoring visits to materialize action agreed in action plan tracker and maintain ‘Monitoring – Action Plan Tracker’ at field level
• Review programme tracking report (activities planned vs achievements) along with the reason for its variance (Monthly)
• Conduct joint monitoring in coordination with program and finance team and produce its report
• Technically (comments on TOR and methodologies, finalize indicators, provide inputs in research questions, perform/ advise sampling tools and techniques, proof read draft reports) support program team and consultants while conducting situation analysis study, baseline, midterm evaluation and end-line evaluation
• Analyse (conduct cross tabulations, perform statistical tests) baseline, midterm and evaluation data sets as per the need and requirement of program team
• Ensure all the recommendations of evaluation are well incorporated in current and upcoming project plan
Minimum qualification and experiences:
• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences with 5 years of relevant experiences or Master’s degree with 2 years of relevant experiences
• Preference will be given to candidates who have experienced in SEEDS Programme of Stromme Foundation
