Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree will be eligible for selection. Work experience in the field of life insurance sales, banking and sales management will be given preference.
- Age between 23 to 35 years.
- Proficient in computer knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of office administrative work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement a plan to ensure achievement of sales target of branch.
- Enroll good quality insurance agents, supervise and motivate them or regular basis for sales growth.
- Able to lead, develop and mobilise sales team for business.
