Division Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning Coordinator (DMERL Coordinator) for IFRC-American Red Cross, Asia-Pacific Region
Qualification: Master’s degree in international development, public health, or other development -related areas
Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in program design and assessment; at least five years working directly in a M&E role required; along with a through familiarity with the principles and current approaches to monitoring and evaluation using both quantitative and qualitative methods.
Responsibilities: The Asia-Pacific DMERL Coordinator will provide technical support in areas of monitoring and evaluation, project design, learning, and related area to the American Red Cross Country Delegations in Asia – Pacific region. The Position will provide oversight and technical assistance to program staff in planning, implementing monitoring, and evaluating projects in collaboration with Red Cross and non-Red Cross Partners.
The DMERL Coordinator will support management, monitoring and evaluation of high-quality programs. In addition, the DMERL Coordinator will facilitate learning, sharing and use of good practices within the Asia -Pacific region. The position will report directly to the Manager, DMERL team, and will be based in Kathmandu, Nepal.
