Job Description
- Checking vouchers and report any discrepancies
- Review Accounting Reports and Reconciliations
- Ledger Scrutiny
- Finalization of Periodical Accounts and Review MIS
- Prepare Financial Statements
- Prepare Projected Financial Statements
- Preparing management reports as required
- Analyzing and reporting of customer and vendor aging
- Preparing plan for monthly cash flow
- Comparing of sales, production, inventory, etc. to targets and standards
- Conducting ratio analysis of various Balance Sheets and Income Statements
- Carrying out of appraisals of other employees in sincere and honest manner
- Any additional work given by seniors as and when required
Job Specification

- CA Semi Qualified
- At least two years of experience in the account or finance or audit department of a service sector company
- Should have experience in data entry and producing reports through accounting software
- Should be able to use various accounting software
- Should have good knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Should have good knowledge of Income tax, TDS, VAT, banking transaction
- Fluent in both English and Nepali
- Should be good in Nepali as well as English typing
- Sound knowledge of MS Office, Internet, Email
- Should be able to work under pressure
- Should have experience of working with team
- Should have good communication skills
- Should have mathematical and calculations skills
