Job Positions-Level
1. Branch Manager – Up to Officer – Few (Province 1, Province 2, Kathmandu Region, Narayanghat Region, Pokhara Region, Butwal Region, Western Region)
2. Assistant Relationship Manager – Up to Supervisor – Few (Province 1, Province 2, Kathmandu Region, Narayanghat Region, Pokhara Region, Butwal Region, Western Region)
3. Digital Operation – Up to Supervisor – Few (Central Office)
4. Legal Department – Up to Senior Assistant– Few (Central Office)
Work Experience and Other Criteria
For Branche Manager:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial or Development Banks in Credit Sales/Deposit management, Trade Finance and other Sales roles with thorough understanding of Compliance and Risk.
- Able to lead the branch towards achieving goals/targets
- Able to lead, mentor and groom team members to create better output
- Have good knowledge of product and competitive market with sound working relationships with clients
For Assistant Relationship Manager
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial or Development Banks in Credit Sales/ Deposit management, Trade Finance and other Sales roles with thorough understanding of Compliance and Risk.
- Have good knowledge of product and competitive market with sound working relationships with clients
For Digital Operation:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial or Development Banks in Digital Banking Department.
- Good knowledge of Core Banking System for interfacing digital platform
- Knowledge of digital banking products like Mobile/Internet Banking, Cards, Payment Gateway etc
- Monitoring the performance of digital assets and ensuring its functionality
For Legal Department:
- Prior experience in related department of Bank and Financial Institutions shall be an added advantage
- Draft, review, negotiate and finalize legal documents for operations, Credit/Lending Activities, Finance, Human Resources, Administration and other matters or practice areas
Academic Qualification Criteria
- A Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Economics for Assistant/Officer Level.
- A Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in LLB/BA.LLB. with Advocate License for Legal Department.
Age Criteria
- Age not exceeding 35 years for Officer Level.
- Age not exceeding 30 years for Assistant to Supervisor Level.
