Academic Qualification Criteria
- Minimum of Master’s Degree in Management/Economics or related field, Chartered Accountancy shall be an added advantage.
Experience Criteria
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Financial Institution with good understanding of operations finance and other support functions.
- Contributed in process automation and digitization.
Other Competencies
- Deep industry experience.
- Strong operational background with good understanding of technical knowhow.
- Ability to motivate & lead a fairly large team, coordinate internal & external resources & achieve KPIS.
- Proven experience of formulating policy, procedures/manuals for streamlining Bank’s Operation
- Good understanding of financial management including use of financial tools, grabbing of market opportunity
- Good understanding of legal & regulatory framework in which Bank operates
- Proven leadership experience of handling larger teams & ensure achievement of desire outcome.
Scope
- Plan, direct & control Bank’s operations and finance.
- Ensure seamless operations, build a robust First line of defence in respective functions by formulating policy/procedural guidelines and operational policies for internal control.
- Implementing & monitoring operational procedures and framework as well as monitoring it periodically.
- Design and implement continuous learning of the staff
- Assist the Bank in strategic and tactical decision making
