Kapilvastu Integrated Development Services (KIDS), a non-governmental and non-profitable organization working in the field of Health, Agriculture, Climate change, livelihood, Good Governance, and Water and Sanitation since 2005. KIDS is implementing National Tuberculosis Program (NTP) support project under Global Fund Program in the partnership with Save the children and coordination with NTCC in Rupandehi, Nawalparasi West, Kapilvastu, Palpa, Dang, Banke, Bardiya, Pyuthan, Rolpa districts under Lumbini province and Surkhet, Salyan, Dailekh and Kalikot districts under Karnali Province. similarly KIDS is implementing HIV program for migrant and spouses in Surkhet District Connecting with this, we are inviting applications from the interested Nepalese candidates who are eligible, accountable, and have the ability to deliver results with the highest level of integrity for the following position:

Position: District Program Coordinator (DPC)-2

Duty Station: Surkhet and Dailekh

Required qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor in Public Health with 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Excellent coordination skills with government and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good computer skills and preferable for the ability to communicate in English and Nepali language both verbal and written.
  • Good knowledge and skills in program, implementation and monitoring.
  • Driving License (2-Wheeler) will be in preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to support to Implement NTP activities at the district level in close coordination with all relevant stakeholders in the district
  • Prepare and implement district implementation plan of allocated activities linking with NTP’s district regular activities with the support of HSO
  • Plan more than 60% field trips to ensure timely completion of quality data collection and program.
  • Coordinate with team members including admin and finance personnel & M&E coordinator to ensure timely planning & implementation of activities, disbursement of resources, supervision & monitoring, logistics availability etc.
  • Responsible for the proper documentation and timely reporting of all activities with sufficient proof and evidence including any other relevant issues during execution of field activities at district level.

Duty Station: KIDS Field Office, Birendranagar, Surkhet

Required qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business studies (BBS)/ management/ commerce and 2 years working experience as Admin & Finance in recognized NGO.
  • Skills on MS Office and FAMAS accounting software will be an advantage.
  • Good communication ability in English
  • Knowledge of government policies and regulations related to project business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall project accounting system
  • Field visits at program implementation districts
  • Accurate monthly financial report preparation, complication and submission on time
  • Manage the overall organizational administrative activities
  • Assist to program team and KIDS management.
  • Guide to overall logistic management for the project (Procurement, bi-monthly req book etc.)
  • Support to different types of audit function
