Job Description

Reports To: Head of HR Department
Position Summary
The Senior Experience Officer will be responsible for maintaining cordial and harmonious relations with clients, employees and other stakeholders of KCL Astute. The incumbent is expected to act as a bridge in resolving the queries and complaints raised by the clients and other stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities
• The Duties and Responsibilities of Senior Experience Officer include the following:
• Act as a liaison between the Company, shareholders and Client for quality assurance;
• Maintain direct contact with client and act as a “Client-care Officer”;
• Handle client queries and forward it to the concerned department/authority to resolve the same;
• Arrange and schedule meeting of office employees with the PMS Clients’ at least once a quarter;
• Ensure feedback form is filled by the clients’ and document the same in clients’ file;
• Communicate (via phone call) with all the clients at least once a month to get their feedback on the services rendered by the Company;
• Maintain all personal records (both in personal files and HR software) pertaining to employees’ appointment, leave, training, studies, training bonds, certificates, evaluation reports etc. and update regularly;
• Facilitate recruitment of new staff (advertising, filing and shortlisting of CVs, interviews, following up references, etc.)
• Any other work assigned by senior officials;
Education and Experiences
• MBA or equivalent.
• Age not exceeding 28 years

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Client first attitude, professional demeanor, personal integrity and an understanding of fiduciary responsibility.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Self-motivated, confident, detail-oriented.
• Willingness to take on additional operational responsibilities as needed.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
