Position Summary
We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Human Resources Manager for an internal role in the human resources department at our corporate headquarters in Kathmandu, Nepal. This is a full-time, onsite position, and is responsible for the management, budgeting, reporting, planning and strategy for Talent Management and HR operations for our corporate officer and related subsidiaries.
Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details)
- Managing a team of 3+ recruiting and sourcing professionals.
- Interviewing, hiring, coaching, and mentoring team members.
- Reviewing, amending, developing and implementing existing and new SOPs.
- Ensuring departmental and company-wise talent management goals are achieved
- Ensuring that departmental goals and KPIs are clearly defined.
- Developing and connecting talent pipelines.
- Developing a departmental and position-wise career path.
- Developing position-wise score-card and coordinating with business heads to understand actual requirements.
- Working as a Talent management advisor for business leaders.
- Analyzing and interpreting required functional metrics
