Position Summary: Senior IT Officer will focus on the areas of operations and data management. They must perform a variety of moderately complex information technology support duties to ensure smooth operation of organization by providing quality of technology services.
Job Description
- Administer all severs are in operation and accessible
- Ensure configuration of desktop computers, peripherals and accounts assigning security level are met
- Design new network and struct for PABX setups for new branch
- Provide basic installation, configuration and support for routing and switching systems
- Provide solutions to networking within branches, corporate office and head office
- Ensure all internet and intranet policies are into effect and as per the need of the organization
- Act as an end-user liaison for the computing operation, communicating, resolving and initiating the resolution of problems and concerns
- Troubleshoots, diagnoses problems, implements corrective action procedures within prescribed guidelines
