Position: Building & Facilities Project Manager
Responsibilities include:
– Oversee the planning and delivery of construction and facilities projects.
Required Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university in relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- In-depth understanding of construction operations and processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Service and team mindset
Preferred Experience and Qualification:
- Master’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar field
- Experience working with international clientele
- Familiarity with CAD software
- Proof of excellent IT skills
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Proactive and able to work independently
