Job description

• Housekeeping maintenance of the office area & plant area
• Monitoring all the pantry boy perform their duties in the proper manner and follow all the instructions given by their reporting manager
• Monitoring the security staff deployed with proper checking of the shift timing
• Attending complaints received from the staff, workers with full dedication and giving solution on the timely manner
• Organize the events like festivals , birthday & any other special occasion assign by the Management
• Ticketing of Management. Corporate, Third Party
• Timely payment of the mobile bill , issued sim card to the staff, monitoring the bill
•  Properly maintenance of the A/C with timely service should be provided , if any A/C is not working properly it should be resolved on a timely manner
• Maintenance of first box (check medicine on a regularly basis) and arrange the new slot
• Stationery Arrangements
• Audit of housekeeping

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelors  (any discipline)
• Proven experience as an administrative specialist in the manufacturing Industry.
• Proficient in MS Office
• An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
•  Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
