MAW Earthmovers Pvt. Ltd. is looking to hire Service Coordinator
Location: Dhangadhi Branch
Requried No: (1)
Qualification:
1.Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering/Automobile Engineering
2.At least 4-5 years’ experience in relevant field
3.Must have valid two-wheelers driving license
4.Proficient on NAV and MS office
5.Preference will be given to the candidate residing in the branch location.
Job Specification:
1.Engineer Mobilization & Customer Complain Management.
2.Branch & Engineer Parts Sales Target Achievement.
3.Review and reconciliation of Parts in Service Location with Parts In-charge.
4.Follow up AMC potential customer Review of potential data, call customers to ensure conversion to AMC. Weekly Review with Engineers.
5. Administrative Coordination of service Engineer, safely keeping of tools, TADA submission of service engineers, Bike Maintenance quotations etc .
6. Customer follow up and visit as required to ensure collection within approved limit days.
7.PDI & Warranty Billing & Documentations.
8.Ensure customer calls are attended at all time, to respond with suitable solution to customer query within acceptable time.
