Position: Manager- Human Resources
a. This position will be based in Corporate Office and would be responsible for HR Operations in all the divisions of MAW Group of Companies.
b. Candidates should be an MBA with specialization in HR from a reputed university with more than 7 years of relevant experience in HR.
c. Candidates Should be good in interpersonal skills to gain confidence of employees
The Candidates should have
- Knowledge of Latest Recruitment Tools/ Method for effective & quality talent attraction.
- Should know how to make system and policies in line with business requirement.
- Creative and effective HR MIS and Data Analytics to contribute for business growth
- Create a healthy environment through Employee Engagement, Fun at Work and other creative activities.
Position: Officer- Payroll
- Should posses Bachelor/ Master Degree from reputed university with 2-5 years of relevant experience in payroll processing of more than 1000 workforce.
- Can handle a complex compensation structure
- Liaison and coordinate with outsourced agency and division finance department.
- Resolving employees’ queries within 24 hours in coordination with outsourced agency.
- Excellent MS Excel and Analytics Skills for the various MIS and reports.
- Can maintain the confidentiality of data.
