Job Specification

Education Level : Bachelor

Experience Required : More than or equals to 5 years

Other Specification
• Candidate should have completed BN/BSC Nursing (Master degree preferred)
• Must have good communication skills
• Demonstrable success in leading and delivering practice
• Proven ability to analyse complex problems and implement ractical solutions
• Computer literate and able to use Microsoft outlook, word , power point and excel

Job Description
• Monitor and maintain standards of clinical practice
• Empower and enable staff to perform their roles effectively
• Ensure infection control and prevention policies are adhered to and to work closely with the Infection Control and Prevention Nurse
• Promote clinical governance and service improvements following the analysis of complaints, adverse events and other drivers for change
• Ensure that Safeguarding issues are managed effectively and appropriately by relevant agencies and that staff fulfill their obligations in relation to their responsibilities in this area
