Position: Front Office Executive
Job Description:
- Conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known.
- Go through the correspondence of arrivals & follow the guest request
- Registers and rooms all arrivals according to established procedures and inform House Keeping department to clean the rooms according to its arrivals.
- Performs check in, check out and room change procedures and ensures all data are entered completely into the hotel systems in accordance with reservation
- Knowledgeable of all special promotion procedures, for programs such as; food promotions and VIPs functions.
Requirements:
- Minimum experience of 2 years in similar role and industry
- Diploma or graduate in related field
- Good communication skills
