Modi Energy Limited is inviting applications from the competent and energetic qualified Nepalese citizens who are willing to work in Hydropower sector.

Position: Senior Finance Officer

Minimum Qualification: Graduate in Management
Experience: Minimum three years’ experience as Officer/Senior Officer in Accounts/Finance department of any Public Limited Company. Experience in Listed Hydropower Company would be an added advantage.
Working Station: Kathmandu

Major Responsibilities:

• Oversee preparation of books of accounts, reconcile transaction on monthly basis, analyze and review the financial data and prepare financial statements on quarterly basis, regulatory reports, and annual budget in time.
• Dealine with on tax issues, ensuring compliance with tax legislation and policies
• Liaising with banks for implementation of consortium decision, intertest revision, negotiating terms, documentation reconciliation, and any other works related to bank.
