Position: Field Program Supervisor

Job Location : Kathmandu, Nepal
Job Specification
Education Level : Bachelor
Experience Required : More than or equals to 2 years
Other Specification
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work with 2 years of experience in youth/community mobilization preferably in peacebuilding projects
• Should be comfortable in working with the team
• Willing to travel to field locations as per the requirement
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office packages
• Fluency in Written and Spoken English and Nepali language
Conditions:
• Initially 2 years contract with possibility of extension
• Remuneration and benefits will commensurate with the rules of NA
Job Description
• Coordinate with youth peace ambassadors/volunteers in conducting peace initiatives and youth mobilization in the communities in supervision from program team
• Liaise with local elected authorities and stakeholders for the strengthening of local contribution/collaboration for the program
• Regular reporting and documentation of the activities to the program team and donors upon requirement
• Carryout any other responsibility as required as assigned by the organization
