Position: Planning and Digitization Controller – Commercial

Job Location: Kathmandu

Qualification and Experience:

• Master’s Degree in Management specialized in Marketing / Sales with 8 years or more experience in Marketing & Sales Operations and Minimum 3 years of experience in a Managerial position
• Or Bachelor’s Degree in Management specialized in Marketing / Sales with 10 years or more experience in Marketing & Sales Operations and Minimum 6 years of experience in a Managerial position
• Experience in working for international brand that requires cross functional liaison
• Experience in handling responsibilities of Commercial Planning in telecom industry
• Experience of planning and implementing telco based digitization projects in line with business requirements

Your Profile:

• Actively provides insights and recommendations for the functional or business unit level strategic plans
• Anticipates future needs and develops innovative solutions that addresses longer-term needs of the function or business unit
• Recommends opportunities for the company to monetize or improve its bottom line, processes, or strategy
• Actively creates the linkages of his/her own function with other parts of the organization to generate greater business value
• Takes personal responsibility for correcting customer problems – corrects problems promptly and un-defensively
• Gets action and commitment of others by forging good relationships with relevant stakeholders involved
• Focuses ambition for the company and not for self
• Takes accountability for team’s performance and addresses poor performers
• Possess thorough understanding of digital management systems and practices
• Operational knowledge of all verticals within Commercial function
• Possess sound Project Management skills

Job Description

Position: Planning and Digitization Controller

Department: Commercial

Duty Station: Current requirement is in Kathmandu but can be placed anywhere in Nepal as per business needs and future requirements

• Main Responsibility Areas:

• Responsible for integrating, formulation and deploying Sales Strategy across market operations
• Develop revenue & cost plan, drive execution, internal & external interface for annual business plan
• Understanding, demand forecasting, aligning with business, driving network ROI for CAPEX/OPEX deployment
• Partner with Business Intelligence team and fulfill the entire analytic needs of the Commercial and transforming data into useful information
• Conducting in-depth analysis of business health to come up with propositions.
• Keeping track of new innovations and new trends in the analytics world and implementing in Ncell.
• Plan and drive strategies on sales automation and distribution process in order to maximize market growth enhancing customer experience lifestyle.
• Manage and enhance sales systems & processes, channel life cycle, secondary supply chain, S&D analytics
• Create alternate innovative sales and communication channels
• Digital communication and capability building in trade and sales force
