A. Academic Professionals
1.
POSITION: Principal
QUALIFICATION EXPERIENCE
MBA or EMBA or Master’s degree in related discipline with first division and minimum six years teaching experience at Assistant Professor level with minimum two recognized research publications at the level of Assistant Professor or minimum four years teaching experience at Assistant Professor level with minimum four recognized research publications at the Assistant Professor level.
OR
PhD in relevant discipline with minimum six years teaching (at graduate level)/ research/ consulting/ training/ professional managerial experience at reputed organizations with minimum of two recognized research publications.
OR
MPhil in relevant discipline with minimum eight years teaching (at graduate level)/ research/ consulting/ training/ professional managerial experience at reputed organizations with minimum of two recognized research publications.
OR
MBA or EMBA or Master’s degree in relate (discipline in first division with minimum ten years teaching/research/consulting/training professional managerial experience at repute (organizations with minimum of two recognize (research publications.
SALARY: Negotiable

POSITION: Program Coordinator
QUALIFICATION
•MBA or EMBA or Master’s degree in related discipline with first division (Mphil preferable)
EXPERIENCE
•Minimum 2 years teaching at Under-graduate/graduate level (experience in a capacity of Coordinator would be an advantage)
SALARY: Rs. 60,2,10 -Rs. 68,500

POSITION: Full-Time Faculty a. Research Methodology b.HR &OB c. Finance d. General Management
QUALIFICATION
•MBA or EMBA 1 or Master’s degree in related discipline with first division
EXPERIENCE
•Minimum 2 years teaching at Under-graduate/graduate level
SALARY: Rs. 44,000 -Rs. 54,000
B. Administrative Professionals
1.
POSITION: Head – Administration and Operations Management Department
FUNCTIONS:
•Managerial position requiring supervision of HR, Marketing, Procurement and Gen
QUALIFICATION:
• Masters degree in First division (preferably in HR or General Administration)
EXPERIENCE:
•Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity
SALARY: Rs. 34,500 – Rs. 51,000
2.
POSITION: IT Assistant
FUNCTIONS:
•To support IT Head and assist IT related tasks
QUALIFICATION:
•Intermediate in IT related subject (A+ Comp TIA and MCSA Certification will be an added advantage)
EXPERIENCE:
•Minimum 1 year of experience in relevant field
SALARY: Rs. 17,500 – Rs. 21,500
