JOB Purpose
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for NEPS strategic development and business promotion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity
- Study and research for development products to enhance the business capabilities of NEPS.
- Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals
- Perform Data Analysis to develop specialized and personalized products
- Development of process/manuals/requirements for products being offered and being developed
- Coordinate with Switch vendors and payment associations and ensure their compliances.
- Ensure that the company has adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g. people, material, equipment etc.)
- Coordinate with operation team to ensure business is run in ways that ensure maximum productivity
- Provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Maintain relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers
- Gather, analyze, and interpret external and internal data and write reports
- Assess overall company performance against objectives
- Represent the company in events, conferences etc.
Job Specification
- Domain knowledge and experience in planning and maintaining business strategies.
- Should possess a sales driven goal and be up to date with the market trends.
- Good knowledge of Payment Industry and proven experience in payment system would be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill (English & Nepali).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill.
- Independent while working with a high team spirit
- Efficient and excellent time management skills
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Information technology, business Administration , Management or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in related field.
- Age should not exceed 55yrs
