Job Description
This position requires Fresh Post Graduate Students from reputed Universities and Colleges. Management Trainees shall undergo comprehensive on-the-job and formal training in all areas of the Bank, enabling them to take up managerial positions upon successful completion of the training period. Selected candidates shall be placed anywhere in Nepal as per the Bank’s requirement.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Master’s degree in Management/ Economics/ Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent from a recognized university with minimum first division marks or CGPA 3.25 at the post-graduate level and minimum 50% marks at all under-graduate levels from SLC (or equivalent) onwards.
• Age not exceeding 30 years as of February 27, 2019.
• Candidates awaiting final results at the post-graduate level may also apply.
Candidates must attach the cumulative CGPA transcript for both Bachelor’s and Master’s level. For the candidates awaiting transcript of Master’s Level, upload marksheets of all Semesters/Trimesters/Years.
Equivalence Letter must be attached for the candidates who have done their Bachelor’s and Master’s from Foreign University.
Application without disclosure of age and marks/percentage/CGPA at each level of education from SLC (or equivalent) onwards shall be automatically disqualified. All candidates are expected to be proficient in written/spoken English and Nepali and be computer literate with a working knowledge of office applications.
Preference will be given to suitable local candidates from the vicinity of branch locations. Hence, local candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for further selection process. The Bank reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason whatsoever. Canvassing at any stage of the process will lead to automatic disqualification.
