Position: Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

The purpose of the job is to help a business to promote and sell its products to its customers by managing the company’s marketing initiatives, use market research & analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning through promotional and marketing campaigns.

Minimum Qualification Required:

At least Master’s Degree in Marketing/Management or Equivalent.
Experience of at least 3 years of post-qualification in Manager level in Capital Market or Banking Industry. In case of other sectors, at least 5 years of post-qualification experience.

Candidates should have:

Confident, dynamic, thorough, pragmatic, and intuitive.
Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
Excellent organizing, analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically and communicate effectively.

Job Summary:

The purpose of the job is to develop and oversee marketing campaigns to promote products and services. The role of a marketing executive is to oversee and develop marketing campaign, conduct research, analyze data to identify customers.

Minimum Qualification Required:

At least Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Management or Equivalent.
Experience of at least 2 years in Capital Market or Banking Industry in case of Supervisor and at least 1 year for Assistant level. ln case of other sectors, at least 3 years of experience.

Candidate should have:

Ability to conduct market study and research to identify new market opportunities.
Lead generation and convert it to clients.
Come up with profitable marketing strategy.
Carry out promotional activities as per company strategy.

Job Summary:

This is a position directly reporting to the Head Merchant Banking, an ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall supervision of the merchant banking activities and for execution of plans, policies and strategies approved by the Board and Chief Executive Officer to ensure that the departmental goal and objectives are met.

Minimum Qualification Requirement:

At least Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Economics or Commerce or Statistics or Finance or Business or equivalent.
At least 3 years work experience in relevant field of post qualification. Candidates having experience as a head/in charge Merchant Banking shall be preferred.

Semi qualified CA, ACCA Trainee
Bachelor’s Degree in Management, law or equivalent degree.
At least 3 years of professional experience in Nepalese capital market or relevant sector.

Job Summary:

Research analyst shall lead the research department through research and analysis of capital industry, manage & utilize market knowledge, prepare various comparable for all planned transactions. Assisting various departments in all capital projects for capital markets.

Minimum Qualification Requirement:

CFA,CA,ACCA or CFA level-2 completed, Semi qualified CA, ACCA Trainee
