Executive – Purchase & Logistics

Basic Information:

Position: Executive
Division: Purchase & Logistics
Location: Birgunj, Parsa
Qualification: Bachelor’s completed
Experience: At least one year of experience in related field

Principal Accountabilities:

• Search & Compare suppliers, goods and services
• Verify requisition with current stocks
• Issue purchase order and verify delivered item
• Maintain purchase documents, files and records
• Coordinate with logistics team for the custom clearance and transport
• Responsible for local petty purchase
• Other duties as assigned by management

Knowledge/ Skills/ Competencies:

• MS Excel Knowledge must
• Experience in grain item purchase (Preferrable)
• Good interpersonal Skills
• Attention to details
• Organizing and Planning skills
• Prompt and proactive
• Adaptive Computer Skill/Relevant Software
