Basic Information:
Position: Executive – SAP
Location: Sinamangal, Kathmandu
Business Unit: Nimbus Holdings Pvt. Ltd.
Education Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: At least one year of experience in related field
Principal Accountabilities:
- Responsible for successful SAP B1 utilization and support across Nimbus
- All processes of various units of Nimbus and approvals to be routed through SAP and do away with voucher system
- Ensure day-to-day support within Nimbus regarding SAP issues
- Process Control/Cost Control/Formalize all vertical vis a vis process control/Reporting Requirement
- Money movement process via SAP
- Ensure the internal control and user control are properly defined and functional
- Assess the internal control and user control is properly defined in the Business blue print of the company
- Review the Business blue print and assess whether the same is prepared as per requirements of the company
- Verify the data provided are as per requirements and rectify if need arises
- Ensure Risks are identified, and treatment actions completed
- Ensuring adherence to project scope
- Bridge between SAP Users and Vendor and coordinate for requirements
- Timely communicate to the Senior Management of the project status
- Ensuring the project is completed within the budget and within the time line provided
- Work in close coordination with the end users on their requirements and provide solutions
