Client Relationship Specialist

Location: Kathmandu
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide adequate and accurate information to clients
- Provide full information about their interested countries documentation
- Give career counseling to the students face to face, over the telephone, or online, proposing best options for their career abroad
- Have adequate knowledge of the application and Visa services.
- Own a good knowledge about all the different universities, fees and courses they are providing.
- Maintain confidentiality of client’s record
- Build a relationship of trust and respect with clients.
- Listen to clients’ concerns, empathize with them, and help them to see things more clearly or in a different way.
- Communicate with different clients to know about their needs, and help them to plan the best procedures to achieve their needs and requirements
- Guide students to prepare required documents
- Prepare and execute plans and ideas based on marketing activities
- Make sure the clients are satisfied with our services and follow up
Skills and Experience
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field is preferred
Experience
- More than or equals to 2 year in counseling or similar role
Skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Excellent English language ability
- Must be Outspoken and have the positive attitude
- Outstanding presentation skill and outgoing personality
- Excellent team player and proficient in Computing
