Human Resources and Administration Coordinator

Duration: One Year Fixed term with possibility of extension

The Role

Human Resources and Administration Coordinator is responsible for providing strategic HR and administrative support to the country programme. The incumbent will provide a professional, business focused organisational development and human resource management service, delivering a proactive and solutions-based approach for resolving issues ensuring that staff are effectively resourced, managed and developed to deliver Country’s strategic goals.

What we are looking for

The Human Resources and Administration Coordinator will require to be exceptional, dedicated, and highly motivated professional, with a strong commitment to Oxfam’s values and beliefs with the following qualification and competencies:

  • Master’s Degree or equivalent in any discipline related to Human Resources (Preferrable MBA).
  • At least 5 years of working experience including 3 years of HR generalist experience.
  • Experience with business partnering, performance and talent management.
  • Experience of working on HR Information management systems.
  • Demonstrated HR professional experience in an international, matrix organization.
  • Broad knowledge, experience, and interest in employment law, compensation, learning, employee relations, and training and development.
  • Hands on experience in office administration and management.
  • Proven team leadership and proven track record in achieving great team performance and sound ability to work together with others and independently as required.
