PACE -Nepal Jumla, a reputed Non-government organizations of Karnali province established in 2063 invites qualified committed and experience for the “Promoting Inclusive Safe and Quality Basic Education (AADHAAR Project)” Jumla District of Karnali Province. The project is being implemented in partnership with Plan International Nepal. The Organization is looking for potential candidates to work for the following vacant position.

  • Ability to work in difficult geographical topography and socio-cultural community in Karnali
  • Experience working with INGO(s), government officials and integrating them into program implementation.
  • Strong organization and communication skill

  • Willingness to travel frequently to remote areas
  • Competence riding a motorbike preferred

Job Description

  • Develop an annual project plan, implementation methodology, and monitor the project activities to ensure that they are being implemented
  • Build sound relationships and coordinate with government education bodies in district and local level and other stakeholders in order to implement the activities to achieve organizational objectives
  • Play a key role in delivering the effective training to the subject teachers, SMC/PTA members, lead teachers, head teachers
  • Develop appropriate proposals and prepare regular progress reports, presentation of the completion programs
  • Lead the overall project management
  • Prepare teaching learning training manual
  • Support to field level staffs to implement the project
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director
  • Mobilization of the target communities and local organization for participation in assessment, planning, implementation and monitoring of project interventions

Note: These position are contingent upon donor funding and approval

  • The salary will be given as per the organizational rules and regulations
  • Priority will be given for those candidates with specialized in Education with multi project experience
