Position: Field Officer

Job Location: Based in Kathmandu, Nepalgunj and Itahari

The Field Officer plays an important role in the development and scale-up of PSI/Nepal’s Health System Strengthening programs in the Municipality and rural municipalities. Under the leadership of the Regional Manager, and in close coordination with the respective Health Office and Municipal Health Officials, the Program Officer will primarily be responsible for the implementation of WHP program in selected Palika’s HF to expand access and availability of LARC and MA services from public health facilities.

Experience and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health or other relevant discipline
• Minimum 3 years of similar work experience
• Practical knowledge of public health system in Nepal.
• Proven skills in reporting and documentation.
• Excellent networking and communication skills
• Effective oral and written communication skills in both English and Nepali
