1. Job Title: Teller / CSD

(Job Grade: Junior Assistant Tranee: Few)

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum +2 or equivalent degree with minimum 2nd division from recognized institution.
• Age not exceeding 25 years in case of male and 30 years in case of female as of 29th May, 2019.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills in both Nepali and English.
• Computer skill in MS Office Applications
• In addition, Junior Assistant Trainee (few) is required for the existing branches inside/outside valley.

2. Job Title: Management Trainee: Few

Minimum Requirement:

• Minimum Master’s Degree in business administration/management/business studies/economics or equivalent degree with minimum 1st division from recognized university.
• Age not exceeding 30 years in case of male and 35 years in case of female as of 29th May, 2019.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills in both Nepali and English.

3. Job Title: Relationship Officer

(Job Grade: Assistant-Supervisor: 10) for existing branches inside/outside valley

Minimum Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in management or equivalent degree with minimum 2nd division from recognized university.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in relevant area of bank and financial institutions.
• Age not exceeding 25 years in case of male and 30 years in case of female as of 29th May, 2019.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills in both Nepali and English.
• Computer skills in MS Office Applications.

4. Job Title: Assistant Relationship Manager

(Job Grade: Jr. Officer-Officer: 2) for existing branches

Minimum Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in management or equivalent degree with minimum 2nd division from recognized university. Preference shall be given management graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in related credit/sales and overall banking knowledge in banks and financial institutions.
• Age not exceeding 35 years in case of male and 40 years in case of female as of 29th May, 2019.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Nepali and English.
• Computer literate of Office Applications.

5. Job Title: Branch Manager

((Job Grade: Junior Officer-Officer: 4) for existing branches

Minimum Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in management or equivalent degree with minimum 2nd division from recognized university. Preference shall be given management graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in related credit/sales, operations and overall banking knowledge in banks and financial institutions.
• Fully acquainted with overall credit/sales and operational function of a bank and ability to lead the branch team, manage the branch business, overall branch operations and impeccably carry the bank’s brand and effectively act as bank’s brand representative.
• Age not exceeding 35 years in case of male and 40 years in case of female as of 29th May, 2019.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Nepali and English.
• Computer literate of Office Applications

6. Job Title: Operation Incharge

(Job Grade: Junior Assistant-Supervisor: 17) for upcoming branches

Minimum Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in management or equivalent degree with minimum 2nd division from recognized university.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in the relevant area of bank and financial institutions.
• Age not exceeding 25 years in case of male and 30 years in case of female as of 29th May, 2019.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills in both Nepali and English.
• Computer skills in MS Office Applications.

7. Job Title: Relationship Officer

(Job Grade: Junior Assistant-Supervisor: 17) for upcoming branches

Minimum Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in management or equivalent degree with minimum 2nd division from recognized university.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in the relevant area of bank and financial institutions.

8. Job Title: Branch Manager/Incharge

(Job Grade: Supervisor-Officer: 17) for upcoming branches

Minimum Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in management or equivalent degree with minimum 2nd division from recognized university.
• Minimum 2 years working experience for Supervisor and 5 years for Junior Officer and Officer in credit sales and operations areas of banks and financial institution.
• Age not exceeding 25 years in case of male and 30 years in case of female Supervisor and age not exceeding 35 years in case of male and 40 years in case of female for Officer Level as of 29th May, 2019.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills in both Nepali and English.
• Computer skills in MS Office Applications.
• Ability to manage the branch business and overall branch operations and ability to impeccably carry the bank’s brand and effectively as as the bank’s brand representative.

Preference shall be given to local candidates of respective locations as outlined above.
