Project Officer
About the role
We are looking for a competent Project Officer to provide strategic support mainly on project planning, implementation, technical guidance, monitoring, coordination and reporting to contribute for building economic, social and climate resilience of women and socially marginalized groups in Province 5 through climate adaptive farming and profitable livelihoods. S/he will support on technical capacity building of field level technicians and other partner staffs for effective implementation of project.
About you
You have willingness and enthusiasm to work in challenging and difficult situations and with vulnerable communities. You have experience in project planning, implementation and monitoring including management of partner team. You have good understanding and experiences in gender and marginalisation analysis and gender transformative approaches Understanding of agricultural landscape, policy processes and external environment is preferred.
