Job Description

• Assist in Recruitment efforts.
• New hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee exit process at the division.
• Procurement of fixed assets and services.
• Conduct Assets Verification & Management.
• Coordinate Engineering and Maintenance Works.
• Organization of Events.
• Registration & renewal of assets, contracts, licenses, membership, agencies, revenues & Tax.
• Housekeeping, Maintenance and beautification of premises.

Experience and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related degree.
• Minimum 3 years of similar experience.
• Effective oral and written communication skills in both English and Nepali.
• Good computer skills in word, excel and power point.
