Job Location : Kathmandu, New Baneshwor

Job Description :
Working hours : 10am to 7pm ( cand be adjusted )
- +2 graduate
- Good communication skill and Sales skill
- Follow rules and regulations set by the company.
- Deliver the best Customer care and Customer satisfaction.
- Display of the store, Cleanliness and Routine maintenances of goods.
- Check goods quality and standard before displaying them.
- Coordinate with the staffs to solve the customer problems.
- Greet customers with NAMASTE, HI and Hello.
- LISTEN carefully to what customers want.
- Introduce new products and ideas.
- Advice customers and offer the right products to them.
- Stay within the discount authority and contact superiors for additional approval.
- Help in moving and carrying the goods and products.
- Confirm order and manage for delivery.
- Maintain possible new customer records.
- Follow up calls to the customers.
- Involve in sales promotions and salesmanship.
- After Sales service.
- Develop services and ensure effectiveness.
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing items are in perfect condition and have the accuracy of quantity.
- Check, receive and issue the goods.
- 2 wheelers with license will be added benefit.
- Few months of work experience in sales field will be preferred
