Radisson Hotel Kathmandu is a leading 5-Star Hotel in Nepal, owned by Oriental Hotels Ltd. and a franchise of Radisson Hotel & Resorts, which is wholly owned by its parent company Radisson Hotels Group.
Position: Assistant F&B Manager – 01
Candidate is responsible for day to day F&B service operations, that includes preparing menu, reducing operation costs, chceking inventories, training staff and assessing customer satisfaction. Minimum 5 years’ experience working in similar role with at least BHM or equivalent.
Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager – 02
Candidates should have pleasant personality with good communication skill. He/She should be able to ensure prompt efficient service to our client, to train staff to provide high standard of service and assist F&B Manager. BHM/Bachelor degree in any discipline with 4/5 years of experience in overseas branded 4/5-star hotel in similar role will be given preference.
Position: Front Office Executive/Night Executive – 02
The young candidates having pleasant personality with Hotel Management Graduate at least 3 years of experience in front office department are encouraged to apply for the position of Front Office Executive. The candidates must possess organizational skill and problem-solving attitude. Should be excellent in English communication (both verbal and written) and well versed in opera, office application and also should have positive work attitude, enthusiastic, confident, friendly, helpful and committed able to work under minimum supervision and stress.
Position: Reservation Executive – 01
Candidates having pleasant personality and meeting the criteria for hotel reservation are encouraged to apply for the position. BHM with minimum 4/5 years of similar experience in 5/4 star international chain hotel in the supervisory role.
Position: Night Auditor – 01
Candidates having pleasant personality with good communication skill are encouraged to apply. The candidate should be BBA/BBS, resourceful and having sound accounting knowledge with minimum 3 years of work experience, preferably in hotel industry.
