Radisson Hotel Kathmandu is a leading 5-Star Hotel in Nepal, owned by Oriental Hotels Ltd. and a franchise of Radisson Hotels & Resorts, which is wholly owned by its parent company Radisson Hotels Group.
Position: Executive Sous Chef/Sr. Sous Chef/Sous Chef – 02
Candidates having pleasant personality and should be able to manage the kitchen production independently as well the overall administrative aspects of the kitchen. BHM or Diploma with minimum 4/5 years of similar experience in Kitchen or 8/10 years of professional experience in 5/4-star international chain hotel in the similar role as Sr. Sous chef or Sous Chef.
Position: CDP Multi Cuisine – 03
Candidates having pleasant personality with years of experience in managing A la Cart Kitchen. Candidate is responsible for overall production aspects of the kitchen be creative and lead the team. BHM or Diploma with minimum 4/5 years of similar experience in Continental/Indian or 8/10 years’ experience in 5/4 star international chain hotel in the similar role.
Position: Commi III – 06
Candidates having pleasant personality with experience in Indian or Continental kitchen in 4/5 star branded hotels or reputed restaurants. BHM or diploma in hotel management is preferred.
Position: F&B Associate – 03
Candidate having pleasant personality with good communication skill with BHM degree and who have done industrial training in F&B Service Department are encouraged to apply. Candidates having experience will be given preference.
