JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Carrying out reference and background checks
– Making arrangements for testing and interviewing session
– Maintaining personnel records and associated Human Resources Information Systems
– Providing information related to employees rules and regulations as instructed by the immediate supervisor
– Assisting in carrying out overall HR activities
– Coordinating with staff for any kind of grievances
– Assisting in the recruitment process
– Carrying out other tasks as instructed by the immediate supervisor.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
– BBS/ BBA
– Good organizational skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Good negotiation skills
