Position: Account Assistant

Job Description:
- Preparing journals, sales & purchase ledgers and spreadsheets
- Ensuring all payments amounts & records are accurate
- Assists in maintaining of proper control of the supporting documents for payments and financial
Reports
- Investigate and resolve any client account discrepancies
- Assist in preparation of annual audit
- Preparing sales tax invoice
- Preparing income and expenditure statement
- Preparing monthly tax payment and bank reconciliation
- Maintaining cash at bank & cash in hand as well as checking online banking transactions
- Assisting supervisor in audit and taxation
- Handling all transactions related to accounts
- Assist with financial reporting to managers and senior executives.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Job Specification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required (MBA in Finance preferred)
- Freshers are highly encouraged to apply
- Good verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Proper commanding with Reporting Requirements and capable of handling work pressure.
- Excellent report writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team with minimal supervision
- Have own two-wheeler with a valid license.
