Job Description:
- Carrying out reference and background checks
- Making arrangements for testing and interviewing session
- Maintaining personnel records and associated Human Resources Information Systems
- Providing information related to employees rules and regulations as instructed by the immediate supervisor
- Assisting in carrying out overall HR activities
- Coordinating with staff for any kind of grievances
- Assisting in the recruitment process
- Carrying out other tasks as instructed by the immediate supervisor.
Job Specification:
- BBS/ BBA completed
- Good organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Good negotiation skills
- Must have own two-wheeler with a valid license
