Job Description: 

• Gather, manage, and prioritize market/customer requirements.
• Identify new prospects and clients who might benefit from the company’s products or services and enhance client potential in designated areas.
• Understand the customer requirements and approach them with customization in the product/ services as per their needs.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers, through managing and interpreting their requirements.
• Monitor the industry competitors, new products, and market conditions.
• Ensure proper servicing and after-sales support to clients.
• Recommend changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments.

Job Specification: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ IT/ Related field.
• Knowledge of IT technical product and solution.
• Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and capable of handling work pressure.
• Proactive with strong learning attitude and behavior.
