Job Location: Baluwatar, Kathmandu.
Job Description:
- Provide overall support and technical assistance in repairing and maintenance of all assigned products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues.
- Handle escalations and technically complex customer reported cases of various network equipment such as Router, Switches, NAS, Access Point, Servers, etc.
- Take ownership of the cases and drive them until issue/s are completely resolved and the customers are satisfied with the resolution.
- Product configuration or guiding customers as how to configure specific features via field or phone
Job Specification:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Designing and implementing the network as per the client’s needs.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
- The candidate must have a two-wheeler with a valid license, as this position requires travel between customers.
