Sr. Sales & Marketing Officer
Job Description:
- Researching and identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, target identification and classification.
- Reaching out to new customers and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product/ services.
- Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the product/ services as per their needs.
- Maintaining relationships with all potential and existing clients.
- Ensuring proper servicing and after-sales support to clients.
- Data reporting to management and gathering market intelligence.
- Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
- Recommending changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Resolving client’s complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Other duties assigned by the Supervisor.
Job Specification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the related field.
- Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client’s needs and present solutions.
- Understanding of market and product.
- Deep and intensive knowledge of its offerings.
- Should be professional, organized, motivated, energetic and able to work independently or as a team member.
- Develop critical skills to have adequate knowledge and be passionate about a product or service-related things.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and capable of handling work pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have own two-wheeler with a valid license.
