Requirement of Support Technician Intern for Software Development Company.
Position: Support Technician Intern (Paid)
Number of Vacancies: 5
Location: Sinamangal, Kathmandu
Responsibilities:
- Build a good relationship with customers with proper communication.
- Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams to prioritize client’s issues.
- Coordinate with the Software Development Team to resolve client problems.
Required Skills/ Abilities:
- Build a sustainable relationship with customers with proper communication.
- Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Should have good knowledge of Email, Internet, and other tools for remote support.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- BCA/ BBS/ BBA/ B.E. (IT/Computer/Software) completed or running
- Fresher’s are encouraged to apply.
