Job Specification:

• At least Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of working experience in cement manufacturing company as a Sales Manager.
• Thorough knowledge of projects related business in Nepal and the ability to drive in the customers.
• A sound understanding of competitors brand and devise strategies to strengthen brand presence.
• Having knowledge of accounting.
• Computer proficiency with strong analytical & communication skills.

Job Description:

• Formulating and executing sales strategy.
• Establishing and expanding the customer base.
• Oversee sales staff & monitor team performance and set targets.
• Travel to all target areas and have one on one relationship with all the main buyers
